High-quality villas are located close to each other on the shores of beautiful Lake Lohonjärvi in the centre of Ylämaa. All villas are suitable for both family vacations and business events, the organization of various events with catering is possible with the help of their partners.

The company offer great facilities for company meetings and other events. At Villa Ilona can arrange a meeting room for maximum of 20 people and Villa Helmi for maximum of 12 people. Accommodation capacity is a total of about 30 people in all three of villas together. A visit to Villas can be crowned with unforgettable dining and atmosphere from several set of alternatives.

Activities

Summertime in lake Lohonjärvi you can swim, fish, boating and paddle with SUP boards. The company rent SUP boards, 2 quality electric bikes and battery-powered outboard engines. Frisbee golf can be played in the nearby forest. The nearby forests offer a great opportunity for picking berries and mushrooms during summer and autumn. You can also get fishing permits from the owner.

In wintertime ice fishing is popular at Lake Lohonjärvi. Just a few hundred meters from the villas there is an illuminated trail for cross-country skiers. Dog sledding is possible by prior arrangement. You can try snowshoeing, it’s a great way to work out and explore the winter forest. Snowshoes can be rented from the owner. The villas have sliders and sledges for children.
