Accommodation

Villa Laitniemi combines the atmosphere of an 1880s log villa with modern comforts. The main building (263 m²) has five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a large living room with a fireplace and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 12 people. The outdoor terrace of the main building also has a dining table for 20 people, a sofa group and a summer kitchen with a gas grill. The sauna building (36 m²) is complemented by a large terrace, a Drop outdoor jacuzzi and steam rooms for 10–12 people. There are accommodation options for a maximum of 18 guests (main building and sauna building). During the summer season, there is also a shed with accommodation for three. Fiber-optic WiFi and several televisions enable remote work and entertainment – ​​without compromising on the lake view.

Activities

Start your day with a morning swim from your own dock, continue with a paddleboard or rowing trip on Lake Saimaa, and end your evening under the stars in the hot tub. Equipment for yard games, fishing, and beach days is available on site. The trails in the surrounding area invite you to hike and run – in winter, ice-fish, ski, or ice-skate when conditions permit. Golf enthusiasts have a high-quality course a short drive away, and the villa’s large terraces are just as suitable for yoga as for a relaxed evening.

Meeting and banquet facilities

The historic log villa naturally transforms into a meeting and party space, which is also suitable for larger groups. Large screens, fiber optic WiFi, terraces and a dock area provide a setting all year round. Outdoor spaces for toasts, indoor spaces for workshops; the peace supports concentration and collaboration.

Catering partners will take care of the catering; Villa Laitniemi will help with the program, decoration and schedule. At the end of the day, the sauna and Drop outdoor jacuzzi will crown the evening. Through our partners, music, photography, transportation and special diets can be arranged smoothly.
