Kaavi Holiday Centre

Located in Northern-Savo, Kortteinen village, Kaavi municipality. The resort offers nine comfortably equipped lakeside cottages. One of the cabins is equipped for the lower floor to also work for people with reduced mobility. The cabins are located in a peaceful environment, on the shore of beautiful Lake Vihtajärvi, and are at your disposal all year round.

Cottages

Each cabin has its own beach, pier and rowing boat. Protected yard areas guarantee your own peace, for example, for barbecues and yard games. Among the cabins, Vaahtera is equipped on the ground floor to also work for people with reduced mobility. Pets are also welcome in some of the cottages.

Services and activities

• Vaikkovaellus hiking and cycling routes in the Vaikkojoki terrain. There are several resting places and two spacious shelters on the routes.
• Hermitage Ukkoherra built of logs on the Vaikkojoki Multiväärä rapids.
• Fishing licenses
  Fishing in the lake area and Vaikkojoki.
• Horseback riding at the Tuomaala farm.

Kaavi Holiday Centre delivers food shopping to the cottage on request and offers a taxi service.
