Accommodation

Pearl of Suva

Southern shore approx. 70 m2 log villa for 4-6 people on the shore of Suvasvesi, which is part of the Kallavesi watershed, right next to the shipping route. The villa has kitchen, sauna and washroom facilities that were renewed in 2010. From the dressing room, access to the covered terrace, where you can not only cool off, but also admire the beautiful scenery of Suva and the sunset! The shallow sandy beach is also suitable for smaller swimmers. Villa guests can also use the nut-shaped barbecue hut located in the yard of the main building, which comfortably accommodates 8-10 people to socialize while frying sausages or e.g. grilling salmon! You will meet the bulls of the Highlands in the yard because the cottage road runs between the pastures.

Dog hotel/kennel in Suva

The company also offers accommodation for the dog and joy for the caretaker in a modern dog kennel. The design of the dog house (kennel) has taken into account the different needs and habits of its residents, but also the smoothness of care.

Activities

Fishing

Customers have the opportunity to fish in the cooperative’s water areas. The villas are equipped with basic fishing equipment; 2 worm-hooks, catfish and in winter ice-fish. Fishing management fees must be in order if you are 18-64 years old and you fish with e.g. snare. The company also offers various fishing services throughout the year.

Hunting

Suvas cottages offers the opportunity to follow the hunt or participate in the hunting event itself on the farm’s own lands or on the leased lands of the local hunting club Etelä-Tuusniemi Eräveikko. The group hunts e.g. hare, fox, beaver, raccoons and waterfowl.

Boating

The water body of Suva, which belongs to Kallavesi lake, offers the most wonderful setting for boating. You can row freely on the villa’s boat or tour e.g. the nearby Leppäsaari by motorboat (guided, the bays are not always marked) and enjoy the natural scenery. Em. the tour takes approx. 1 hour, depending on the number of people on the boat. Customers have the opportunity to board the M/S Puijo ship/return according to agreement. The nearest pier is in Paloki, approx. 6 km away.
