Holiday Resort Manamansalon Portti
Located in Oulunjärvi Vaala, in the Manamansalo island. We offers a wide range of tourist services and experiences as well as accommodation options all year round. Accommodation options vary from traditional cottages to semi-detached apartments and camping areas, where you can spend a night in a tent or in your motorhome or caravan.
You can reach the area by boat, arriving nearby the courtyard. The village shop is open from morning to night during summer. The restaurant is fully licenced and serves the best hamburgers in the Lake Oulujärvi area. Manamansalon Portti are located next to the Martinlahden Vierasvenesatama (Martinlahti Marina).

Accommodation
HOLIDAY APARTMENTS Different sizes and comfortable holiday apartments for couples, families or groups. KOTA COTTAGES For 2-4 people, extra bed for 2 people. Downstairs living room with fireplace, kitchenette, sofa bed and toilet. Shower and sauna in a separate service building. Upstairs double bed. Terrace and lake views. SAUNA ROOM The sauna room is located in the service building right on the shore of the lake with its own entrance, sauna and toilet facilities. Rented for groups for sauna and meeting use. The living room, kitchenette and two sofa beds. Terrace with lake views.
Caravan and tenting area
The caravan sites are located on Mäntyrinne and on the shores of Martinlahti in the lawn area. There are 100 caravan or motorhome places with electric poles. There are plenty of tent sites in the area.
Restaurant and bar
Come spend your summer day on our sunny terrace. The restaurant and bar are fully licenced and the kitchen is open all day during summer. The menu includes hamburgers with beef or Oulujärvi perch. Our restaurant also has an evening program in summer, e.g. live music and karaoke. By prior arrangement, we will provide tailored services and catering for groups.
Village shop
In the village shop you will find all the basic necessities, food, etc. The shop`s opening hours are limited during winter. For further information please check the website.
Martinlahti guest marina
Manamansalon Portti are located next to the Martinlahden Vierasvenesatama (Martinlahti marina). You can arrive by boat and leave your boat on the beach or you can enjoy the scenic surroundings at the camping area and at the beach.
Activities
From Manamansalo Portti you can directly rent snowmobiles, snowshoes, fat bikes and SUP boards. And set out to explore the area’s scenery and outdoor trails on your own. Nearby are great outdoor trails and berry picking forests. You can get to know the beautiful nature of Manamansalo on the routes of the Oulujärvi hiking area, which are almost 15 kilometers in the northern parts of the island. During the summer and autumn seasons, you can also play frisbee golf. There is a 6-lane frisbee golf course in the yard. No track fee.
