Kotolinna offers accommodation in atmospheric single and double rooms and a spacious family room. For larger groups, it is possible to reserve the entire upstairs, downstairs or the entire house for your own use. Both floors have comfortable living and dining areas and well-equipped kitchens, which make your stay easy and cozy.

Paltamo Pappila offers accommodation in a carefully renovated building built in 1936 in the centre of the Paltamo parish. The neoclassical and art deco styled rectory can accommodate up to 10 people. Guests have access to comfortable living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen.

Breakfast can be ordered separately, and as an additional experience, you can book the Kotolinna courtyard sauna and outdoor jacuzzi with a river view located next door. The rectory is ideal for holidays, meetings and joint celebrations. Read more about Paltamo Pappila.

Meeting and party services

Saarinen Pirtti is an almost 200-year-old log building in Paltamo. The atmospheric premises of the Pirtti are suitable for parties and events for about 80 people, and include a large Pirtti, hall, chambers, kitchen and a cozy courtyard with barns and terraces. The parsonage has downstairs and upstairs party and meeting rooms, dining facilities for up to about 70 people and a fully equipped kitchen and tableware for 100 people. Sauna facilities, several toilet and shower rooms, as well as a large courtyard and a courtyard building for outdoor catering or programs are also available.

Kotolinna has flexible party and meeting rooms that are suitable for both small groups and whole-house events. Equipped kitchens and tableware, modern conference technology are available.

Activities

Kotomo offers sports and hiking equipment for rent in Paltamo for different seasons. The range includes electric fat bikes, snowshoes, sliding snowshoes, forest skis, SUP boards and frisbee golf discs. Kotomo also offers cheaper green fees for Paltamo Golf and Kajaani Golf.

Kotomo’s properties are located near the center of Paltamo, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and services. Nature and exercise lovers will find beaches, frisbee golf courses and diverse walking and cycling routes.

Good transport connections allow you to arrive by car, train or bus, and Kajaani Airport is about a 40-minute drive away.
