Accommodation

The spa hotel has 39 rooms of different sizes, 2 junior suites (own sauna and kitchen), 2 studios (larger room and kitchenette). Standard room equipment: toilet, shower, TV, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, well-equipped kitchen in the fireplace room on the 2nd floor for free use of the guests. Buffet breakfast and use of the spa are included in the room price.

Pohjanranta’s popular caravan and tent area contains 35 electrified places. Flat grass and a peaceful location on the banks of Kemijoki guarantee a good night’s sleep for travelers. From the sauna, you can easily take a dip in the cooling Kemijoki for a swim. The pier is located behind the barbecue house, where you can grill sausages and hang out if you want. The service building is open 24/7. In addition, there are three four-person cottages for rent. The cottage’s terrace has a beautiful view of the river. The equipment includes four beds (two bunk beds), refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and kettle.

Party and meeting services

The contract restaurant is always built around the event. Pohjanranta has two kitchens; the kitchen of the main building and the party apartment. Both can be used to create the perfect party or meeting package. Everything offered by the party service is made from domestic and nearby raw materials. The conference room has a video projector, flipchart, Wi-Fi and sound system. It is also possible to include a karaoke night, farm wine tasting or a farm presentation in the package.

Activities and rental services

There are 6 single-person kayaks, SUP boards and snowshoes for rent on Pohjanranta. There is a mini-golf course in the hotel yard with a beautiful view of Kemijoki. The area is home to the Pohjanranta Winery and store, as well as a shingled church that conforms to church construction in the 14th century. Cafe Pohja portti serves 2 kilometers away.
