Seaside Glass Villas

Located in Kemi, Lapland province. Seaside Glass Villas offer a unique overnight experience. The villas are located by the sea in Kemi’s Snow castle area.

Accommodation

Each villa is its own unit and has its own entrances. The villas have a toilet, shower, kitchenette, smart locks, free wireless internet connection, blackout curtains and air heat pumps that also work as air conditioning. Seaside Glass Through the glass roof of the villas, an impressive view of the sky opens up in autumn and winter. You can watch the starry sky and the northern lights while tossing and turning in bed.

Half of the walls of the villas are windows and thus the landscape opens directly to the sea from the Seafront premium villas in the first row. Superior villas are located in the second row with a partial sea view. Villa lofts have one and a half floors. They have their own sauna, a double bed in the loft under the glass roof and more living space downstairs and the possibility of two extra beds. The lofts are located in the 3rd row.

Restaurant

Snowflake restaurant is a modern a la carte restaurant in Kemi’s Snow castle area. The restaurant serves as a breakfast restaurant for Seaside Glass Villas guests, in winter as a lunch spot for guests of the Icebreaker Sampo cruise, and as a breakfast, coffee and lunch restaurant for groups and meeting customers.

Experiences

The icebreaker Sampo is the world’s only A1 Super class passenger icebreaker. Sampo has been cruising through the icy sea channels since 1961 and has been carrying passengers since 1988. Get to know one of Finland’s most famous international tourist attractions better and book your place on the cruise.

What the hell is the year-round Kemi Snow Castle? Surely the castle can’t be open in the summer? Snow castle’s year-round services are still amazing, even though the services in the castle area have been open year-round for several years.

Meeting and sauna facilities

There are seven meeting rooms of different sizes in the main building of Kemi’s Snow castle area. The Snowflake restaurant’s Spring and Summer cabins and Autumn and Winter cabins can be combined into larger meeting and party spaces for events of up to 200 people. Seaside Lodge with saunas and Kota can be rented for private use so that you can arrange the catering yourself.
