Salonsaari Resort

Located in the Asikkala, in Päijät-Häme Region. Salonsaari is a charming place for celebrations, meetings and holidays all year round. The distance to the beautiful lake landscapes of Häme is about 135 km from Helsinki and Tampere.

Main building

On the first floor of the main building there is an information point, a kiosk and a restaurant hall. You can buy e.g. sweets, ice cream, soft drinks, biscuits and other snacks. Downstairs there is a leisure area, toilet and shower facilities. The main building serves buffet meals in summer.

Accommodation

The company offers terraced houses, each with six comfortable rooms for 2 to 4 people. All rooms have a private toilet, shower and terrace. In addition, each house has a living room with TV, a kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. One of the houses is allergy free, so no pets are allowed there. The terraced houses are used for accommodation all year round. Salonsaari Resort also offer several different cottage options.

Tent and motorhome fleet

In the vicinity of the fireplace hut, close to the beach area, there are several tent sites. Water point and toilets are right next door. Behind the main building there is a place for washing dishes. Salonsaari has also spaces for motorhomes.

Rental equipments

Salonsaari resort rents rowing boats, outboard motors and electric outboard motors.

Other premises for rent

The Hall is located in the main building and the hall has a capacity of about 60 people. A buffet line can be connected to the hall. Features a terrace, video cannon, screen and Apple TV. Pre-installed Netflix, Cmore, arena, auditorium, screen, youtube and karaoke. Downstairs entertainment room “Cinema” has a capacity of about 20 people. Lounge with board games and air hockey and TV corner, video cannon, screen, cromecast. Beach house on the shores of Lake Päijänne has a capacity of about 20 people. Living room with a TV, small kitchen, electric sauna and a fireplace. Salonsaari Resort organizes private and corporate events, as well as meetings with meals.
