There are six cabins for winter living on the island, 11 small traditional summer sheds, several RV and caravan sites, and a few tent sites. The island has a cafe-restaurant, 4 saunas and various activity opportunities. You can choose the style that suits you. Cabins furnished with basic equipment or a bit of old-time charm in a traditional small log cabin. No matter which one you choose, the environment is park-like and a wonderful body of water surrounds the island.
The winter cabins serve the cabin guests all year round. A small family or a group of friends can comfortably stay in these small, idyllic cottages. All cabins have their own toilet and kitchenette. One of the cabins is slightly bigger, which is also equipped with a shower.
In summer, you can also choose to stay in a traditional barn. The sheds are small, but they are electrified and equipped with a fridge and kettle. Accommodation in a shed is an affordable and experiential option for those who do not need modern accommodation.
There are 50 electric motorhome or trolley spaces in the area. Shower and toilet facilities and a cooking/washing point are located in the main building. The maintenance buildings are located in the middle of the island and are used during the summer. The service facilities have toilets and showers, as well as a chemical toilet emptying point. In the winter season, the maintenance rooms (kitchen, toilet and shower rooms, chemical toilet emptying point and kitchen and dining room) can be found in the main building. There are sup boards and a rowing boat for rent, and mini golf is also available in the area.
In the main building of Heinäsaari (next to the reception) there is a café-restaurant with serving rights. Indoors, 40 customer seats and a terrace in summer. The cafe offers small sweet and salty treats, a selection of refreshments and a small selection of hot food portions. During your outdoor vacation, stop by for a cold or hot drink or take a friend with you and come and spend pleasant moments in the wonderful scenery!
There are four different saunas in Heinäsaari. One of the saunas is warm in the mornings in the summer season for those staying in Heinäsaari. At other times, saunas are rented for private use with hourly pricing. Saunas 1A and 1B are located in the same building. Both saunas have their own pier. In winter, it is also possible to take a dip in the opening from pier 1A. The sauna users of Sauna 1 B can use the same opening. Two other saunas, a wood-heated sauna and a cabin sauna, are currently only available in summer.
