Capitano
Capitano is located in Ruoriniemi, on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi. This 56.5 m2 apartment with a sauna is located on the top floor of the house and offers a glazed balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. All windows offer a view of Lake Vesijärvi. In addition, the apartment can have one extra bed for adults or 1-2 travel beds for children.
There are 3 beaches in Ruoriniemi, a beach for dogs and a lookout point. On Lake Vesijärvi you can enjoy kayaking, boating, angling, etc. In winter, Lake Vesijärvi has a wonderful ice rink where you can ski, skate or jog. Along the ice road, you can turn to Salpauselkä, where you can find a paradise for skiers. In addition, there is e.g. nearby Sibelius House, Lahti Harbour, Pikku Vesijärvi, Ritaniemi Nature Reserve and the Finnish Motorcycle Museum.
Capitano is located in the white, musical and watery beach district of the city, which is complemented by beach parks and marinas. Capitano gets its name from the history of the house. Maritime professionals have lived in the house before. Capitano’s staff has been in the tourism industry for a long time and they are intrigued by the customs and cultures of different countries. Pinjakoti
Located in the cultural part of Lahti and in the first wooden apartment building completed in the city, Puu-Paavola. You can feel the warm atmosphere of the wooden house and admire the decorative cuts on the staircase. When you enter the apartment, there are wall-sized murals in front of you. Pinjakoti is a 33 m2 studio with a sauna and a large glazed balcony where you can admire a small stone garden. The equipment includes a kitchen, a dining-bedroom combination and a bathroom with a shower. It is possible to get one extra bed or a cot in the Pinjakoti. In the yard, there is a children’s own play area and a comfortable lounge for adults.
The nearest beach to Möysä is in Joutjärvi, which is a 10-minute walk away. Beach has been chosen as the best in Lahti and there you can find a beautiful sandy beach, a barbecue area and a kayaking center. You can swim, play volleyball or have a picnic on the beach. There is also a lookout point near Pinjakoti, from which you can see the city’s skyline and Salpausselkä’s jumping towers. Shopping centers Trio and Syke, Lahti City Theatre, Wellamo College, Keskustori and Visual Arts Museum Malva are also nearby.

Vesijärvi port (also Lahti port) is a port in Lahti in the southern part of Vesijärvi, about a kilometer northwest of the city center, which is mainly used for recreation.
The Lahti Market is a market located in the center of Lahti. Marketplace is the hub for Lahti’s local buses. At marketplace, there are two stops to the west on Aleksanterinkatu and four stops to the east on Vapaudenkatu.
Salpausselkä is one of the most amazing destinations in Lahti. In Salpauselkä you can find the Lahti sports center, ski jumping hills, the Ski Museum, exhibition centre , Isku Areena and the UNESCO Salpauselkä Geopark. It is also a dream destination for summer and winter athletes.
The water organ, a musical fountain, is the only one in the Nordic countries and is located in lake Pikku-Vesijärvi. You can come and see the screenings every day at 6 p.m. Note! 1.10. from the water organ shows are daily with wonderful lights. This is free for all viewers and the most special in the Nordic countries.
