Located in Liesjärvi village in Tammela, Kanta-Häme. This authentic Finnish family business has been offering both accommodation and restaurant services since 1992.

Accommodation

Koivula holiday cottages have five rental cottages of different levels and prices on a area bordering Herttuanjärvi, near the restaurant Keppana Kellari. The cabins are homely, and have good basic equipment and all have their own sauna. The main rental period is a week or a weekend. Linens and final cleaning are paid separately. Pets are allowed in one of the properties. Koivula also offers three cottages for annual rent.

Food and drink

Keppana Kellari is a family restaurant that has already become a legend and has been in operation since 1992. The restaurant has a wide selection of drinks, princely portions of food and relaxed and friendly service. They also have sales rights according to the drinks. A beautiful environment close to nature, a smoke-free terrace and a playground for children attract a lot of domestic and foreign visitors in the summer season. The service is also available in English!

Groups

The spaces on the ground floor of the restaurant are limited. The additional space on the upper floor can be booked for private events such as birthdays, homecoming parties, bachelor parties, meetings, parties, company days, group trips. Attention; the stairs leading to the upper floor are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Even though the location is in the middle of the forest, it’s only about an hour drive to Helsinki city region. The nearby Liesjärvi and Torronsuo national parks offer countless opportunities for nature tourism. A warm welcome to the beautiful Kanta-Häme!
