The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms for two and four people, as well as spacious log cabins with space for 6–10 people. There are also campsites for campers. All accommodations offer a view of the beautiful lake Iijärvi.

There is an event pavilion for 200 people on the lake shore, which is suitable for parties and events. The smoke sauna and hut offer dinners in an atmospheric natural environment.

Pets are welcome.

Customers are also served in Dutch, German, English and Spanish.

Restaurant

The restaurant offers dishes that combine Nordic culinary tradition with modern international cuisine. The menu includes both traditional Nordic dishes and Asian-influenced options.

Local ingredients and local food are at the heart of the menu.

The restaurant is located in an atmospheric log building and offers seating for 60 guests. In the summer, the terrace offers a beautiful lake view and seats 20 customers. The restaurant has full liquor licenses.

Hotel Kuusamon Portti offers experiences all year round. In winter you can ski, ice-fish, snowshoe, snowmobile and admire the northern lights from your room balcony.

In summer the area is suitable for fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking and bird watching in the middle of national parks and lake nature.
