Krepelin offers accommodation in a former sea merchant’s yard, where each of the nine apartments has its own modern kitchen and bathroom. You can stay comfortably as if you were at home – all year round and in a historical setting.
In the kitchen you will find organic coffee, tea, oatmeal and muesli. The sauna is included in the room reservation and can also be rented separately. There is a small souvenir shop in the courtyard.
Krepelin is a sustainable tourism destination with an ECEAT Finland certificate and the STF label from Visit Finland.
When you are looking for a relaxing holiday and experiences, head to the idyllic Kristiinankaupunki on the west coast. Krepelin organises historical walking tours all year round.
In winter you can enjoy the peaceful wooden house environment, in spring the awakening of nature and in summer the historical atmosphere of the city. Autumn brings golden landscapes, during Halloween there are ghost walks and at Christmas the whole city is filled with a festive atmosphere.
Kristiinankaupunki is known for its many markets, the oldest of which has been organized since 1783. Krepelin is involved in all of these with the Krepelin yard’s Arabian and Antique Store, flea market sales and other programs.

Customer Reviews
Pirkko
“Our schedule only allowed for a one-night stay in A2, but we would have happily stayed longer in the apartment, enjoying the Krepelin setting and the town of Kristinestad. The welcome was friendly and helpful, and everything else went smoothly, too.”
Päivi
“A charming, spacious apartment renovated with respect for the past, set in a historic environment. Everything was functional and tidy. A pleasant surprise was that the house provides coffee/tea, muesli, rolled oats, and the like. The service was friendly and relaxed. A very positive experience!”
Sami
“A nice, warm welcome. The room was excellent, too. Kristinestad is a stunning location—though admittedly a bit sleepy in winter—but the hotel sauna did a great job of shaking off that drowsiness. Next time, I’ll have to visit in the summer to see the town from a different perspective.”
Suvi
“A charming place to stay within walking distance of everything! The setting is lovely, and the accommodation had everything we needed.”
