North-Karelian Cruises

The home port is located in Joensuu, North Karelia province. Pohjois-Karjalan Laiva Oy is a new domestic inland waterway shipping company. In the summer of 2024, cruises will start on the M/S Sinivuokko ship in the waters of Joensuu, Koli and Lieksa.

Cruises

The ship cruises from Tuesday to Friday at 1 pm and 5 pm. On Saturdays, afternoon and evening cruises are offered at 5 pm and 8 pm. A buffet table and coffee bar are available on every cruise. Buffet meals must be booked in advance. The ship also organizes special cruises, for example midsummer, children’s and disco cruises. Customized cruises for groups are organized upon request. There are seats for 80 diners, and the ship can accommodate a total of 120 customers.

Cruises from Joensuu in June. On July 23, the ship will move to Koli for a cruise. During 27.7.−3.8. M/S Sinivuokko makes cruises between Lieksa and Koli and from Lieksa. At the beginning of August, the ship returns to its home port in Joensuu.
