Kontiolomat apartments & travel park

Located in the province of North Karelia, in the municipality of Kontiolahti. Kontiolomat offers apartments for rent for large and small groups as well as a travel park for those traveling with their own means of accommodation. The rooms are built in old school classrooms.

Accommodation

Single rooms

There are 4 studios for rent for short or long-term accommodation for 1-2 people. The downstairs rooms have barrier-free access. The studios can be combined into family rooms.

Double rooms

For rent are 4 two-room apartments for short or long-term accommodation for 1-6 people. The downstairs rooms have barrier-free access. Two-room apartments can be ordered separately for an extra bed, which means they can accommodate more people.

All rooms have comprehensive equipment:

The equipment of the rooms includes the number of quality beds according to the size of the room, towels, fridge, kettle, microwave, hot plate, flat screen TV, shower and hair dryer.

Travel park

Travelpark has 12 electrified spaces for recreational vehicles. A modern service facility is also available.

Space rental includes

• the services of the maintenance facility are included in the rent

Toilets and showers

You can order two separate sauna rooms. It’s nice to wash off the day’s dust in them in a relaxing soak.

Pizza, coffee and refreshments

In the coffee-restaurant, you can enjoy a tasty breakfast and at the end of the day, tasty pizzas that will satisfy your hunger even from a bigger container. Thai buffet lunch is served Tue – Fri 11.00 – 14.00. You can see the daily menu on Kontioloma’s Facebook page.

See and experience

You can spend an active holiday or just enjoy the clean North Karelian nature and good service in different places. In Kontiolahti, in addition to beautiful nature, you will find Finland’s largest pine tree, Lehmo jätti. Naturally, the biathlon stadium itself is an attraction, but there you can rent many sports equipment for both summer and winter activities. Karelia Golf is nearby for golf enthusiasts, and for those who swear by Frisbeegolf, the course is within walking distance from us. Koli National Park is located 45 km away.
