The beach cottages accommodate vacationers from spring until well into autumn. They are located approx. 1 km from the Loikansaari manor in their own area in the scenic Hirviniemi. The cabins are in the style of country-spirited Finns, so-called ‘red house’ – cottages with cozy tables and brick fireplaces. Domestic wood and brick are the popular building materials for the cabins. The floor plans of the beach cottages are efficient and Finnishness is also a basic value in the interiors. The cottages are completely renovated and equipped with all amenities. Each cabin has its own separate beach sauna and dressing room and, of course, a beach. The saunas are traditional wood-heated saunas.
Villas accommodate vacationers all year round. They are located approx. 1 km from the Loikansaari manor at the eastern end of the island in peaceful Hoviniemi. The villas are solid planed logs and represent Finnish log construction at its best. The building materials are Finnish wood and brick. Products from domestic designers have been used in the interiors, e.g. dishes, textiles and furniture are manufactured or designed in Finland.
