The manor is located in the province of South Ostrobothnia, in a beautiful location at the southern end of Kuorasjärvi in Alavus, and functions as a venue for parties, meetings and training events, company events and Christmas parties.

Accommodation

The attic of the manor has four separate guest rooms, a living room, a dining area and a shared toilet / bathroom. There is accommodation for about ten people. During the summer, guests can use the self-service summer kitchen in the grounds of the manor. The room price includes breakfast. The manor is only open by appointment, so please contact us before arrival.

Premises & grounds

In summer, the manor has a total of about 150 seats for customers when the summer room is in use. In winter, there are about 110 customer places.

• The yellow hall has about 70 customer seats, the hall’s windows offer a view of Lake Kuorasjärvi.
• There are about 40 customer seats in the breakfast hall, the windows of the hall have a courtyard view on the side of the morning sun.
• There are about 40 customer seats in the summer room. The facility is in use in the summer and, with the help of heaters, also well into the fall.

The premises are connected to each other. Halls are rented separately for smaller events and meetings. There is a ramp at the main door, so wheelchair access is possible. The mansion also has a disabled toilet.

The beach sauna has 10 customer places and is located right on the shore of Lake Kuorasjärvi. There is an electric heater in the sauna and two showers in the washrooms. The two walls of the sauna have a covered terrace, an outdoor fireplace and a terrace facing the lake. The manor house and sauna can also be rented separately.

An arched bridge leads to the small island and a big birch tree grows there. Several wedding couples have been married on and off the island over the years. The dance barn is located in an outbuilding opposite the mansion and there is open access from the yard.

Catering

You can order all the catering for your own parties from the Kuorasjärvi Manor kitchen. All food is prepared in our own kitchen. In addition to delicious food, the manor offers employees, premises, dishes, tablecloths and final cleaning for your events. You can also rent dishes from the manor for your own parties.

Yoga

Participating in a yoga retreat has many benefits that can affect both physical and mental well-being. Retreats offer an opportunity to disconnect from everyday busyness and stressors. A quiet environment, being close to nature and focusing on yoga and meditation can help you relax more deeply and relieve stress. The yoga instructor at Kuorasjärvi Manor is the owner of the place, Katariina Kimpimäki. A yoga retreat is organized monthly in the summer.
