Accommodation

Hotel rooms are a small treasure in the far north of Lapland. The hotel offers accommodation in three different buildings with different rooms.

The original Kultahippu is decorated in a traditional atmosphere. When staying or visiting there, you really feel like you are in Lapland. A restaurant, a night club and common sauna facilities are also connected to Kultahippu.
Jokiranta is an extension completed in the spring of 2018 right next to the main building on the bank of the Ivalojoki. Its state-of-the-art accommodation, meeting and lounge areas are designed especially with business travelers in mind.
Pankkila, restored in an old bank building, is, simply put, a luxurious hotel. You will experience and sense its uncompromising quality in every detail. Pankkila’s unique rooms and apartments are a good option for accommodation.

Restaurant & nightclub

The atmospheric restaurant is famous for its good food, and its á la Carte menu offers delicacies for many tastes, from northern specialties to the chef’s own bravura. The restaurant serves a rich lunch buffet on weekdays and breakfast is available every day, you can come for breakfast even if you don’t live in the hotel. The restaurant and nightclub are open according to the seasons and the opening hours vary.

Meeting rooms

The meeting room Revontuli is located on the second floor of the new hotel building “Jokiranta”. The building has an elevator. The area of the conference room is 52m². The area of the glazed balcony is 30m². There is a glassed-in balcony with a beautiful view of Ivalojoki next to the meeting room. The meeting space can accommodate a maximum of 32 participants. The space in the back is very suitable for various private events and parties. In addition to meeting services, it is also possible to deliver food and drinks to the space.

Sauna

At the end of the day, relax in the atmospheric sauna. The sauna area with changing rooms offers the opportunity to relax in soft baths. The sauna is available daily in the evenings for hotel guests.

Activities

Through Kultahippu Hotel, you can easily get to know various activities guided by professionals (aurora hunting by car or sled, day and evening tours by snowmobile, reindeer farm visits, Altai skiing, ice fishing trips, a visit to the Sámi Museum and a husky safari). Choose a suitable combination of dizzying adventures to counterbalance relaxation. Through the hotel, a professional guide is also available for custom tours according to the customer’s wishes.
