Kauttua Manor – hotel rooms

The beautiful manor was built more than 200 years ago as Ruukki’s main building. Today, the manor serves as a hotel and restaurant. Both single and double rooms are available at Kauttua Manor, all year around. All comfortable hotel rooms have a private bathroom, toilet and shower. Breakfast is available for guests in the manor’s buffet room from Monday to Sunday.

Villa Aalto – hotel rooms

Guest House Villa Aalto, designed by Alvar Aalto and originally used as a dormitory for female clerks at the Ahlström paper mill, is located a short walk (100 m) from Kauttua Manor. All 11 rooms at Villa Aalto are equipped with a private shower and toilet. The building also has a shared lounge and kitchen, as well as a terrace. There is a suitable parking space right next to the building. Pet rooms on a limited basis.

Manor Shop

In the Kauttua Manor shop you will find Finnish microbrewery products, such as beers and long drinks, as well as e.g. non-alcoholic fizzy drinks, artisan chocolates and marmalades. During your shop visit, you can enjoy tasting portions of beer, sparkling wine or other drinks.

Restaurant and cafeteria

The manor’s restaurant serves lunch and A’la Carte dishes. Table booking is not necessary but recommendable especially for groups (more than 6 people). Private events and different opening hours may be arranged by request. You can also stop by Manor for a coffee and pastry. The cellar bar, back terrace, salon and cabinets can be booked for groups from the company’s sales service.

Private events and meetings

The whole Kauttua Manor – or a smaller part of it – serves as a venue where you can organize business meetings or private events, birthdays and weddings etc. The company helps plan your event and makes an offer according to your wishes. The ballroom, salon and cabinets can be booked for meetings and events of various sizes.

Lakeside sauna

The peat-roofed sauna, designed by architect Olav Hammarström, has a wonderful location at the northern end of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The stove heats conveniently with electricity. The Lakeside sauna can be rented for groups of up to 15 people.
