Located in the province of Central Finland in Muurame. Havumäki Ranch offers relaxation and activities in the peace of nature. This lodge villa specializing in skateboarding and snowboarding and its surroundings is an excellent place, for meetings and longer vacations or retreats.

Accommodation

At Havumäki Ranch, you can settle in and take it easy. Rent the whole house for your crew or stay in the camping area with your own tent, camper, or even a hammock. (Camping available only in summertime.)

The house has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower, and a sauna. It fits 8 people comfortably, and with extra mattresses you can squeeze in up to 10.

Campers get access to a campfire spot, a water point, and outdoor toilets. You can also enjoy the courtyard sauna (with a shower) and our relaxed lounge building.

Yard sauna & hot tub

In the courtyard you’ll find a wood-heated sauna and a hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. You can use the pool as a refreshing cold dip or enjoy it warm for a more soothing soak.

Lounge

The courtyard lounge is a cozy spot for evening hangouts or small meetings. The walls feature board-themed art and a Statum Skateboards exhibition from the 70s to today. The lounge is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, video projector, screen and a sound system. There’s also a comfy sitting area and a dining table for your crew.

A skate park in nature

Havumäki Ranch’s skate park is one of the most unique spots you’ll find in Finland. The park was created together with landscape architect Janne Saario.

The whole yard area is designed for skating and follows the natural shape of the surroundings. There are plenty of fun lines and features—banks, curves, transfers and more.

The courtyard also has two concrete pools: both offer a good challenge for experienced skaters but are also great for learning and progressing.

Snowboarding

In winter, the Ranch yard turns into a fun little snowpark. There’s a snakerun, a box, and a few rails to play around with—and pretty much the whole yard is good for jibbing small stuff. Snowboarding is usually possible from January to March. Winter Wonderland video

If you want longer runs, you’ll find several ski centers close by, like Riihivuori, Laajis, and Himos.
