Get to know the historic Krepelin Apartment Hotel and book your vacation at krepelin.fi.
Although it is a former merchant’s yard, each of the nine apartments today has its own modern kitchen and bathroom. So you can live here like at home, in the middle of history and all year round. Each apartment has its own kitchen, where you can easily prepare breakfast yourself. You can find organic coffee, tea, oatmeal and muesli in your kitchen cupboards, available to you. Staying in Krepelin is also a sustainable choice. Krepelin is an ECEAT Finland-certified sustainable tourism hotel, which also has Visit Finland’s STF label. The sauna can be used free of charge when booking a room, otherwise the sauna can be rented. The apartment hotel also has a small shop where you can buy souvenirs.
When you’ve already seen everything and want to take it easy on your vacation, it’s time to come to the west coast of Finland and experience its idyllic wooden town. Krepelin organizes guided historical town tours in every season.
In winter, you can enjoy the historic wooden house milieu and outdoor activities on the coast of Ostrobothnia. In spring, nature comes alive in Kristiinankaupunki, which is Finland’s only cittaslow city. In the summer, Kristiinankaupunki offers a historical atmosphere and sustainable tourism. In the fall, the autumn sun painted the city golden creates an enchanting atmosphere. On Halloween, you can take part in ghost walks and experience the dark atmosphere of the wooden town. At Christmas, Kristiinankaupunki is filled with Christmas atmosphere and offers events for the whole family.
Kristiinankaupunki is known for its many markets, the oldest of which has been organized since 1783. Krepelin is involved in all of these with the Krepelin yard’s Arabian and Antique Store, flea market sales and other programs.
