Jakola Farm is surrounded by bodies of water, so activities by the water are easily accessible. Heijostenkoski Rapids and the Karajoki River are popular among fly fishermen. Along the Heijostenkoski Rapids, you can also go canoeing or book a rubber raft with a guide from a local entrepreneur. Hepolampi Pond and Lake Karankajärvi are suitable for rowing and fishing by boat. There are three national parks in the vicinity of the Jakola farm. Available for rent: outboard motor 2.3 hp, canoe, kayak, ski equipment and bicycles.
The event facilities at Mulikan Hillton can be flexibly adjusted to accommodate 20-100 people. Catering for family celebrations and various groups can be ordered year-round. Accommodation for party guests is available in the same building with a separate entrance.
The farm features a car museum open to the public by appointment, showcasing over 70 cars and a few motorcycles restored by Raimo Oikari during his retirement years. While many of the cars are Eastern European models, there are also some American classics, including a Ford Model T and a Chrysler Windsor. The museum is a nice place to visit for groups and industry enthusiasts.
