Cottage
The cottage was renovated in summer 2019. It has a new spacious kitchen, living room, renovated bathroom, sauna and a separate toilet. It has one bedroom downstairs with two separate beds. The open lay-out balcony has three separate beds.
Features: Electric lighting, electric heating, heat-storing fireplace, water pipe from the municipal network, shower, electric sauna, separate indoor toilet, WC qty: 1 qty, electric hob and oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and TV.
There is a skiing equipment maintenance space, storage for firewood and a bbq hut in shared use at the estate.
Area
The bright apartment is located in a quiet area of Rakkavaara. The ski bus stops about 200 meters away and conveniently takes you both to the center of Levi and to the ski slopes. The lighted slopes are also a couple of hundred meters away, and Levi Golf is only a few kilometers away. The area also has an extensive network of outdoor trails that can be easily reached on foot.
