NATURE RESORT CABINS At the foot of Äkäskero fell, between two small lakes, traditional cabins for rent year-round. The cabins have one bedroom each with a double bed. There is also a bigger two-story log cabin, Pränttikero, which has three bedrooms. All cabins have a spacious living room, an open plan kitchen, sauna, and bathroom/toilet. Pränttikero has two toilets, one on each floor. HUSKY VILLAGE CABINS The Husky Village has four modern, comfortable and well-equipped log cabins, each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet and shower, a well-equipped modern kitchen and a comfortable spacious lounge with a wood-burning stove. Next to the cottages is Kota; a traditional Finnish hexagonal cottage that serves as a restaurant and meeting place for the residents of Husky Village. The Husky Village also has two barrel saunas and two hot tubs. During the winter dog sledding, Husky Village provides a warm and welcoming base at the beginning and end of our week-long wilderness trips. In summer, the comfortable cottages can be booked on a self-catering basis for adventures or just for peaceful relaxation in the heart of Lapland.
